A new staple supplement

I’ve always been consistent with diet and exercise in addition to competing in strongman, powerlifting and soon Olympic weightlifting. About 4 months ago I added HMB to my supplement regime (1000mg x3 per day) after researching it. I noticed better recovery and gains in lean muscle mass over this period of time not to mention increases in strength. HMB is now a staple supplement for me and will be going forward. It’s not a miracle pill, but with consistency in diet, training and sleep the results are very pronounced. Nutricost provides a great, affordable product.
