I decided to try Life Extension’s BioActive Complete B-Complex and I’m happy with the product. Right from the first week, I noticed a boost in my energy and overall focus. It definitely helps with fatigue and made a noticeable difference.What I especially like that this product is high quality and has of methylated forms of B12 and folate, which is ideal for people with MTHFR mutations. These forms are more bioavailable and easier for the body to absorb and utilize, much better to use than cheaper alternatives. Capsules are bright yellow and have a mild smell.

Arrived quickly and helped maintain my vitamin B levels. The absorption rate is fast, and I can feel the difference. They are effective and high-quality for a great price. I have purchased 3 times.

I'm glad I found this B-complex, I've tried very many brands over the years. They were all okay, but I want to get away from folic acid, which is not the same as folate. Most B-complexes use the folic acid form and I've been reading that it's not the best and that folate is better. It's hard to find information about the difference but I decided to go with the folate and rather than take all the B-vitamins separately, which is an option, I found this Life Extension one and am very pleased with the affordable price - that's important to me and necessary that it is good value for dollar.It doesn't give me an upset stomach and doesn't have any objectionable odor either. Very good B-complex and I've tried them all.

This is a great B-complex supplement from a good company. I have used supplements from this company always with good results and at a fair price. As B complex supplements go, this is very well-priced. Also, I appreciate the methylated forms the company uses in their B complex line, as the methylated version is best absorbed by the body.The only thing to be aware of is the niacin content. Niacin can cause a flushing and itching in any part of the body. The reaction is a positive one and is harmless. I gave 4 stars b/c of this possible reaction. Some people are surprised by the flushing and some people welcome it. Some even say that the flushing is a sign of good liver function. Also, I noticed a real uptick in energy when taking this. Can't beat that!

Life Extension is one of the better brands of supplements. High quality, maybe costs just a little more, but in Consumer Labs this B-Complex supplement passed all their rigorous testing for purity, quality, and cost. Started taking one every few days. Helps tremendously with my resting heart rate and it no longer spikes over 100 after a meal. My watch keeps track of my heart rate and it's much more stable and returns to normal levels faster based on the graphs. Concentration is way better in the morning, too.Made a doctor appointment to figure out the why behind this is doing what it's doing. I suspect I am extremely deficient in something.
