Replaced 6 facial products with just this! After developing post menapausal acne I started scaring and the dermatologists couldn't seem to give me anything to control the break outs. This cream is amazing! I started using it and after 3 days of use, I have not had but 1-2 hot flashes in over 2 months. Using this and putting magnesium spray on the bottom of my feet keeps me from waking up at night also...no more night sweats.

I have had issues with sleep for years after going through menopause... frequent urination, waking up every two hours or so, and then having difficulty falling back to sleep. Needless to say, my quality of life wasn't great, being tired all the time. Just before bedtime, I take Magnesium Glycinate which helps me fall asleep, and apply the recommended amount of this cream to my wrists. To my amazement, I'm now getting 5 hours of solid sleep! If you are suffering in the same way, give it a try! Hopefully you'll have the same excellent results.

This cream makes my skin so soft and supple. I read somewhere to use estrogen cream on your face to help with suppleness and firmness! This actually WORKS! My skin actually plumps up and feels soft all day. There are many uses for this, but I use it on my face. I will continue to buy this over and over again. It is not sticky, and sinks right into your skin. One of the best fave moisturizers I have used!

I have been using this cream on my face and neck since 5/22/25 and I could tell the difference within a week! My skin looks brighter and more youthful, when you are approaching 60 you try so many things and nothing works except THIS CREAM HAS!

Nice moisturizer that is light and absorbs easily. After using it for 3 weeks, I have not noticed any change in my skin nor hot flashes associated with menopause. It is not a miracle cream for me.
