Personally I like it.
It's a great pc, it's super clean looking and I'm running high settings without dlss and stuff and I'm getting solid frames compared to the last pc on all the games I play like tarkov, elden ring, kingdom come deliverence, arma reforger. It's not the absolute best pre built you can buy but for under 2k it's a pretty good one. Did I mention how clean and awesome it looks? Lol

Amazon dropped the ball on this order!
The PC is probably fine, but I haven’t had the opportunity to experience that as the item arrived defective. The manufacturer’s tech support was very helpful and they patiently tried to troubleshoot the problem but came to the conclusion that the power supply is defective and they advised me to call Amazon and ask for a replacement. However, Amazon told me that they can only refund my purchase, so now I have to return the defective PC and place a new order for the same item. Very inefficient and time-consuming.

A little drop won' t brake it !
this is a well packed and protected computer! Driver dropped it by accident in my front door. This computer 's bios was up to date and everything [so far] works well!
