Deadlift 4 plates, back squad 6 plates, did RDLs, and then bench pressed 2 plates after I should of been done and just went to the machine but nope keep going with heavyweight what the hell is this 😂😂😂 whatever it is I like it 💪🏾 as long as I don’t have to get on a cycle

It definitely gave me a slight boost in energy! Didn't last long, maybe 2+ hrs. I'm taking alot of supplements. So to add this one is not practical.

Upset my stomach but I have an overly sensitive stomach. I don't believe it is completely the products fault. Really wanted to like this because of the ingredients but not for me.
