Great product and def worth the price. It does take a 7-8 hours to construct, but easy to assemble.

I was so excited to get this swing set together for my kids. Started putting it together even tho a lot of the parts we’re scratched and then the problems began it started with the direction stating that you need part K7 which is supposed to be one of the platform boards for the slide side. But there was no K7 part in the box. Also on the inventory list in the directions didn’t even have a K7 part listed but it is mentioned several times in the directions. But I continued putting in together then I noticed you couldn’t even tighten the platforms up all the way because they were stripping out on the poles that held them together. Very unstable and unsafe for children to be playing on. So I thought on it awhile and decided to take it apart and return it but before I did that I tried to reach out to customer service multiple times and got no answer. So if you want a swing set for your kids look elsewhere this thing was never going to hold up to kids playing on it for years to come.

The swingset is getting put up looks very nice so far however we’re missing the The mesh net for both sides of the tube part of it

This swingset is great! It's not difficult to put together but it is time consuming to put together. No problems there, family time and anticipation was fun. The problem with it was I was missing the 2 mesh sides that keep the children from falling off the platform. I reached out to customer service and was told I can return the whole thing but they won't send me the missing parts. I'm not going to return it. I will make or buy my own pieces to make this work. Overall I like the swingset. It is very long!! It is not as tall as I thought it would be but it's perfect for my little ones. All under 5 years old. I will replace a few of the swings with something else to customize it for my grandson. Comparing the price of this with the prices of others, It was a good value. I'm happy with it. It is sturdy enough for small children.

Bought as a play area for goats and they like it

I set this up by myself. It was tough, but not as tough as I thought it was going to be, which was a relief. It is very sturdy and the kids absolutely love it, and make sure to buy an anchoring kit along with it because even four or five-year-old toddlers swinging will cause it to lift up.

Got this for my 4 and 1.5 year old. They absolutely love it. Instructions was simple but sometimes did not make sense or I’m just dumb. The slide and the bolts didn’t match up had to figure out how to get it to work on our own but other then that great purchase. Definitely recommend!!
