I had ordered the headset and that had been using it for more than six months and then all of a sudden the batteries when connected to the the transmitter weren't charging no matter what I tired. I contacted Turtle beach and asked for a solution and that they had told me to connect the charging cable directly to the headphone and charge it (which is really pathetic) it worked for a couple of weeks and then the battery died and wasn't charging whatsoever. I tried to charge using different cables but to no vain . The headset wasn't turning on and that it was useless without the battery . I tried to even order a new pair of batteries from my own expense but they told me that they are unable to ship it to middle east . They asked me to contact Geekay (their so called dealers ) for further assistance and warranty but they haven't even bothered to email me back . I even wanted to buy the batteries buy they didn't have them . The headset is really good but the flaws were just too much that you'll eventually regret buying them. I even had a video especially made for this headset to express how much I had loved then but unfortunately because of the transmitter and the battery I'd never recommend it to anyone staying outside of the USA. THE dealership here in the middle east is just for name sake and that if something happens you won't even be able to get the accessories or get it fixed.Really appreciate Amazon for solving my issue .I went through alot of reviews and that the major and most common issue with the headset was the battery and the transmitter . Therefore kindly reconsider before getting it.

This is insane that headset that costs this much has a constant hissing and buzzing sound no matter what you do. I downloaded the app tried everything and the sound is complete garbage. This is the worst purchase I ever made.

Mic giving random static noise when it is on. Once off it is normal.Outer frame damaged and broke, not very durable for the price offered.is kinda🐕💩 not gonna lie for the price 272 USDFeatures are nice.. but not durable and will get damaged easily.

The Mic does not work now and this item is defective after using it 2 months.I suppose it is still under warranty??What to do now in order to fix it or replace it?
