CoQ-10 is essential for heart function and blood related things. Finding it at higher levels of potency and juxtaposed with good pricing was difficult. This is about the best I've seen for 200MG of product, and being a gelcap makes it easier to take than a full-size capsule.

The pills are easy to swallow, no taste the bottle has a lot in it for the size
