Classic tales with the consulting detective at the time of purchase I was in a rare low mood. I soon perked up however. Love the stories and Conan Doyle's style immediately transports you to the action. My favourite story has to be the adventure of the Sussex vampire

This is a truly magnificent set of Sherlock Holmes stories. I am delighted to have a collection like that in the most colourful format. To have them in a slip case is the cherry on top of the cake. My collection will remain pristine. The text is clear and easily readable. The bindings are all excellent. I received the set as a birthday present. It is a set I will cherish for a very long time indeed.
