im 4'11'' 123lb and i really love these meals bc they are large enough to satiate my hunger, but not so large that i end up in a food coma. very convenient and great flavors. im a busy grad student and these are saving me during weeks when im very short on time

I found these and thought they would be great for work since they did not need refrigeration and could be prepared in just 2 minutes in the microwave. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried them. They are not very large, but they are dense. They definitely worked to fill me up at lunchtime. The carton said something about "bioengineered," and I am not sure what that meant, but they taste good and are perfect for someone who can't leave for lunch and has a crappy microwave to work with. I placed a 2nd order!

I am really enjoying these meals they are so convenient and they are very tasty. I like the fact that they are low sodium and they are filling for me so I have one every evening and I don't have to worry about how many calories I am actually eating. I'm eating a normal lunch and then eating one of these for dinner so far it's working out and I have lost some weight. I will continue to buy these.

Tasty, Very small portions, good if your looking to portion control

After eating just one meal I would recommend it. Taste is good and the portion is acceptable. I have no problem in ordering it again.

becareful, price was much lower when i first ordered, just realized that i was charged almost $30 bucks for this. its not even worth $20. i will start double and even trirple checking from now on. but this package was definitely not worth the money. so small, like 2 or 3 of them would not even get you full. cant believe i paid almost $30 for this kids meal.

These are great better than expected for those times I need a quick meal or easy side dish.
