Works great
Right or off the box. No more slow connections ready to set up. Very happy for the price. Not the cheapest but not the most expensive. Prefect for our needs with multiple devices running

Consistent operation
Bought in July 2023 as a 3rd-party router for my Starlink Gen2 LEO satellite Internet. It has worked well for the past 20 months without major problems. I don't need to configure or use VPN. The router's speed easily handles the Starlink download. The only complaint is that either the 2.4 GHz or the 5 GHz WiFi bands will randomly stop transmitting for a few seconds. My HDTV memory will prevent any buffering, but Internet radio streams will stop, and sometimes my Wi-Fi phone calls will drop. My HDTV, which operates wirelessly on 2.4 GHz, began buffering only about 5 times during last 20 months due to the 2.4 GHz stopping transmission for over 1minute. An independent WiFi monitor confirmed it was a router problem and not a Starlink problem.

Powerful signal
Strong signal, full signal bars across the entire building. The app was also easy to use. I have several cameras and smart systems connected to this.

Fast but unreliable
Fast but very unreliable router. After replacing my 5-year-old TP-Link AC1750 with the Tenda AX3000, I started experiencing the following major issues:1. Random disconnects in wired LAN connections, which will ruin any low-latency online gaming sessions as it takes a while to reconnect. Happens maybe once a day or so.2. The router stops connecting to any new Wi-Fi clients until the router is rebooted. This is bad because any computer or phone that is restarted can no longer connect to the router. This issue starts maybe after a couple of days without rebooting the router.3. Interestingly the router has an option to automatically reboot the router once a day, presumably to help with the issue #2, but after the reboot some of our Alexa devices do not automatically reconnect to the router, until the Alexa devices are rebooted too. What a pain.I would definitely return the device had I not waited until the return window had closed and may end up having to buy another more reputable router to resolve the issues listed above.Edit: Dropping the rating to 1 star after having to get yet another router just after 4 months. Even after a factory reset this router only works for a short while before dropping all wifi clients and refusing to connect new ones.

Worked good for about 6 months
All wifi routers burn out over time. Depending on the quality of the chips determines how long it will last. In my experience it is the 2.4ghz band that wears out because that is the heaviest used band.I bought this router because it was a pain to exchange my xfinity router and the 2.4ghz band is burnt out on it. When I first started using the Tenda router the speeds and ping times were lightning fast and I had zero complaints. Now we are at the six month mark and the router gets overloaded with too many devices and the ping times become very bad.I will say my house has very heavy wifi usage. I have seven cell phones, three fire tv's, several tablets, a ps4 and ps5, and a handful of home devices that use wifi. All of these devices on and streaming video or transferring large amounts of data. So it is a demanding load all day long.I can tell by how the router is acting now I will be having to replace it within the next six months. After routers start not being able to keep up and ping times increase, the next thing will be the router will start dropping connections. So in closing I think this is a nice router for the price and the range is good. If you are in a household that has light wifi usage then this router will probably last you a long time. If you are a heavy wifi using household than this may not be the router for you.
