Great value, no fishy burps.

As a busy housewife, I’ve been taking Nutricost Fish Oil Omega 3 Softgels, and they’ve been a great addition to my daily routine. The softgels are easy to swallow, and I appreciate the high-quality formula with EPA and DHA. I’ve noticed I feel more energetic and focused since starting them. There’s no fishy aftertaste, which is a big plus for me. Overall, it’s a great product that supports my health and fits perfectly into my lifestyle!

I switched to this Omega 3 fish oil from another brand (Biotest Flameout) because I bought 3 bottles of 240 capsules each (720 capsules total) for about the same price as One 90 capsule bottle of Flameout. Unlike Flameout, these capsules are not bursted and stuck to each other and the bottle. They seem to be great quality, just don’t have as much DHA.

I feel like my energy levels are significantly better since taking these. The only downside is that these do cause fish burps badly every time. I think that it might be best to take these in the middle of eating, rather than afterward. I have noticed whenever, I take them after a meal I get that unpleasant fish taste.

Great deal on fish oil. Eat with food with fat in it for better absorbsion. Take this once a day and take a omega 3,6,9 once a week.

I started taking these for the Omega oils health benefits. I try to take 3 per day (3000mg/d) to help detox my liver - I probably average under 2000mg because I forget to take one in the middle of the day.My liver enzymes, after a half bottle in 6 weeks, combined with light exercise and the Mediterranean diet, are now lower than they have been is 8 years. I know this won't fix my liver, but it may stop the progressive damage.You can take this on an empty stomach or with a meal. The capsules are on the larger side, but tasteless, odorless, and get slippery as soon as you get them wet - so they go down easy.Fishy burps are an occasional occurrence, but nothing that is common or distracting - less common if you take them with a meal.Great product. Will make this part of my daily routine.

It doesn’t smell, no after taste and it is one per day. I think that I did a good choice.

Good quality from what I can tell and the price point is good enough so that I can get my daily intake for months
