Woke up at 1am, 2am, and now 3am with a large, but gentle, bowel movement each time. ZERO cramps. I've been painfully constipated for days now with my stool just too hard and large to pass. I've recently changed my diet to include daily fiber and it's been rough. I normally get the tea, which is also good, but this heatwave makes it impossible to drink hot beverages. Highly recommend these capsules. Just wish it came as a 60 count.

Wow yes it does work, just make sure you drink plenty of water so you do not get dehydrated. Also make sure you do not have much planned in your day!I'm not a tea connoisseur but it reminds me of how chamomile tastes (like a sleepy time/relaxation). I like the flavor!I drank the tea right before bed, ate breakfast, and spent most of the morning going. This is a good Saturday night into Sunday morning thing for me lol.I will only use this if it's been a few days, it would likely be unhealthy to consistently use.

Bought this for a friend. She was thrilled at the thoughtful gift. It’s helping her stay regular after taking her Parkinson’s medication. Tastes great, mild but flavorful.

I drink this tea, every evening before bed. I have been drinking it for over 20 years to keep my system flowing on a regular basis. Highly recommended and I have it on auto delivery.
