I'll start with the good bits. This mic noticeably improves the quality of sound coming into my iPhone 12 Pro Max. Its initial charge only took 90 minutes. I'm using it on calls with several musical instruments with a wide range of frequencies (deep frame drum all the way to koshi chimes) and they are all coming through very well. The price was very reasonable for this quality which is noticeably better than the interior mic on the iPhone. Now a little criticism. When the box arrived, the tape holding the flap down had been cut, so I assume it had been a return. All the parts were there except for an adaptor I needed. The adapter that came with it was for the charging connector on the mic - no good for mic input to iPhone (I tried it). It was unusable for recording. So I had to purchase the Apple MFi certified Lightening-to-3.5 mm adapter myself. Luckily it was only about $1 and it came in a few days. But I would have rather had all the required parts there from the start in an unopened box.

I got this for my granddaughter. This is her review of the product!I personally love the microphone. I love how it is compatible with most devices, such as my iPhone, because that’s where I do most of my recording. One thing, though, which I wish were different is when you plug it into a phone. You need to connect headphones to the mic as well in order to hear anything, but besides that, it's a great product. I love it

Dont bother, the mic only works with echo on and its so delayed. Terrible mic for streaming/ making content or music. Better off going with a more expensive option in the first place because you’ll waste your time purchasing this just to have to buy a different one. I wouldnt even use this to record snap videos it really sucks i didnt think it would be this bad. Very disappointed.

My experience with the seller of this beatiful microphone has been amazing. It is not often you find a person or a company who puts the customer first, regardless of the situation. The issue I had with the microphone was not the seller's fault. It was on Amazon. And the seller, still took that on as their responsibility to correct the mistake. I chose to reach out to them directly and it the issue was immediately resolved. I truly appreciated the customer service and genuine kindness of the seller. I love the microphone and to say it's beautiful is an understatement. It's got a clear, bright sound, with the option of adding more warmth via the built-in echo button.I ran into a technical issue as well. And I contacted the seller directly for that as well. They provided very detailed troubleshooting steps, and diagnostics... that included pictures for accuracy.I'm highly impressed and grateful for the incredible customer service from this seller. If you ever run into issues with your product, contact them directly. It will be worth it!

The microphone worked tremendously it was really good until the cables and cords stopped working and they even didn’t work with my own cables. My son loved them.

The media could not be loaded. Hello, to those who want to have a decent microphone at a very reasonable price.I recently bought some Zealsound microphones and this is the third one. The first one was said to be portable but quite heavy to carry around every day. This one is very light to carry around and has a stable tripods so you can have it on the desk and you don't need to worry about falling and/or cluttering. It has a volume control, which is used for controlling the intensity of the input to microphone. There is another button, which is echo button(a.k.a reverb), that enriches/enhances your input sound. With aux port you can connect the mic to sound source and with headphone port you can connect the mic to external amplifier thing. This way yu can use it for karaoke without investing any more money.Very nice and affordable mic.
