Waste and useless product
When we lean back, the bottom raises, and further bends back, not holding in the set position, not useful at all, wasted my money, wanted to return, and buy something, no answer from customer service

A must for home when one is bed ridden
One can adjust the angle for user's comfort. Helps when one is bed ridden for watching television, sitting and feeding. The under pad prevents tilting. Material can be easily dismantled, folded. The support sheet is easily washable. Pillow gives comfort to neck and to somextend. If a proper neck pillow were provided, that may give much comfort. You can attach one using adhesives. If a longer hook that goes beneath bed and belts were there (detachable) that might be a better option for fixation of back rest.

Back shoulder Shoulder back rest item which was ordered is received with cheap quality Iron frame and not worthy in one day the Frame is Bend middle of the back rest.
