I like this ladder. Well made, not too heavy. I find the side & upper bars very beneficial for support and safety. The side bars were a little difficult to install, but definitely worth the effort. After assembly, I thought all the screws were tight, but felt a little wobble when testing the steps. I came back down & found there was more effort needed to tighten the screws completely. The wobble disappeared. I would recommend this ladder to anyone who has odd jobs around the house where a 2 or 3 step ladder will not do the job.

I needed a 4 step Ladder with handles for safety. This fits the bill. It’s light enough for me and my arthritic hands. It helps me climb high enough to reach my quilt design wall to pin my pieced fabric squares before the final design is sewn together.

Got this for my wife to use as she is height challenged and I don’t want her climbing on things that are unsafe. This product is sturdy and with the railings on either side it is almost like going up steps instead of a ladder. Love it.

Ladder seems to be of good quality and did not take too long to assemble even with the relatively cheap hardware!Don't try to register using the email included in the warranty card with this unit..it does NOT WORK!!I had to go the sellers website and use the "contact us" email and it was accepted. Now to see if they respond?????WOULD HAVE BEEN 5 STARS IF THE SELLER VERIFIED THEIR EMAIL ADDRESS...A HASSELUPDATE: Email address on web site for contacting seller DOES NOT WORK EITHER!! Had an alert from my email server that the message I submitted failed to deliver as well!! POOR admin on sellers part!!

Had it forever and love the big steps and hand rails. The tool bag at the top helps. My dad used it the other day at 78 years old and loved it. Probably gonna get him one for Father's Day

Easy to put together. Comes with tools to put handles and top on. As pictured. My friend lent me their three step exactly the same. It’s wasn’t available (with handles and the tool case) so, i bought this four step. I’m nearly 70 and a woman that’s not too strong. I can handle this and feel safer with the railings but still wish they sold the 3 step like this with railings on Smazon for free Prime shipping.

This ladder has handles that helps me feel more secure. It is sturdy and the pocket is right where it needs to be.

Good price on this very safe ladder…I would highly recommend it if you are older and want to feel safe .
