These things are awesome, not tight and actually comfortable while giving compression and stability. The added rubber edge, preventing slipping was better than I’ve seen on any other product. Easy to move in and definitely helped with the achy pain of being on your feet all day. Love the design and have zero complaints.

My husband loves these knee sleeves. He has very bad knees and wears these all day every day. They really help keep the pain away and gives him strength when bending his knees. We buy these about every 6 months as they do start to lose their tightness, but I'm sure it has to do with him working in them and washing them quite often. No matter, the price is very reasonable so 6 months is ok with us!

Just got mine today, but hubby has been using his since last July. Hubby has severe arthritis, but mine was for a spill I took on the hillside. I say that because it's working for both conditions. As soon as I put mine on today, I felt a difference both sitting and standing. It helps hold my knee stable as I stand and sit, too, which it wasn't. The compression is sure to help the swelling (which has already gone down considerably. I like how lightweight it is, how it fits under my pants, and the ease of use. BUT...my favorite thing is that I can MEASURE MY BODY PARTS for the proper fit.NO more grabbing a size at a big box store and hoping it is right. Hubby and I both appreciated that. Good job Modvel!

This really helped me with my knee after injuring it, while I waited for surgery. It felt more supportive than the brace by itself. The material is great quality and stood up well in the wash. It is easy to put on and take off. It did not slip or slide and I was on my feet for 13+hours a day. My only complaint is that I wish there was an option for people with thicker thighs. I had to roll the top down a bit too prevent it from digging into my thigh. If I had sized up, the compression on my knee would not have been as good. Overall, it was a lifesaver though.

I recommend this item for folks with knee issues and for those who might suspect they might benefit with a little extra support. My wife and I use these knee compression braces for hiking and bicycling and they help us stay pain-free. We used these on several strenuous hikes in Patagonia and are convinced that these braces prevented pain and injury to our knees. The sizing chart worked well for us (we got Small)

I’ve had three knee surgeries in the past 20 years. Now I have arthritis in that knee and I am 80% due for a knee replacement.I’ve tried multiple compression sleeves, this is the only one I found that really supports me. It’s breathable. I can wear it for 10 hours straight and not a drop of sweat or moist on any part of the sleeve.I highly recommend this. I’m 6’4 - 315 pounds. I got the XXL. My thigh was 24 inches were they said to measure and if it’s perfect.Does not slip down at all I was a little concerned about the silicone would feel so it won’t slip down. and it feels great.I can go for long walks and wear it all day and it doesn’t move!
