It's not just a 10, it's almost a miracle. My thinning limp, fine hair never looked so good! A tip: Use a hair pick to lift sections and spray near your scalp.

Purchased this product through Amazon. It's a good product and worked great for my hair. However, I encountered a problem when I accidentally knocked it off the counter, and when it fell onto the floor the tiny spray head came off. Normally, one can just stick these heads back onto the nozzle stem, but with this product it was impossible. The result? A good amount of money wasted on 3/4 full bottle now unusable!! It's a pretty cheap tiny plastic nozzle and head. We attempted to contact the manufacturer at their website per Amazon's instruction. Ha! Good luck. The manufacturer's customer service states: "Orders placed outside of our website will need to call the customer service department of where the purchase was made." So, it's another pass-the-buck and the customer is left with a costly product that is now worthless -- and no one, not Amazon or the manufacturer, will admit any responsibility or help the customer. Yep. Buyer beware.Not happy with Amazon...it should at least vet its partners to ensure the customer isn't just left with no options.
