UJ Ramelson Wood Carving Tools Palm Set for Woodworking, Fine Miniature Detail, Stamp Making, Tile Etching, Mini Chisel and Gouge, 5 Pieces

I use these for linoleum stamp carving. I bought two different sets of these, the miniature and another little larger set. They work very well and feel nice in my hand. Only one tool seems to need a little sharpening. The rest carve very nicely and I love them. I bought a leather UJ Ramelson roll up pouch to store them in as well, and it is very nice. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase these for linoleum. I haven't used them on wood, so don't know how long they stay sharp on that material, but so far so good on linoleum.

I didn't want to invest in pricey Swiss carving tools so I tried these and I'm very happy with them. They are high quality and allow me to carve the finer details. The whole set costs as much as one Pfiel carving tool.

I haven't used them yet and I am looking forward to it. Nicely sharpened and didn't need stropping as per other chisels I have purchased (different brand). I may get others from this company. Stay tuned! Oh, and a really good value.

1/8 "v" knife tool wrong angle ,I have to fix it (reduce angle to get more close to surfacee)otherwise was no ready for extra fine detail ,disappointed somehow.

These are nice small carving tools and I needed them to Finnish a project. Some were sharp but most needed to be sharpened

Gun stock carving for the first time and these were sharp and very easy to use.

totally unimpressed. out off all of these only one was sharp enough to use right away.
