Good customer support
I just bought my second pump for indoor gardening. I needed help with programming and seller was very helpful. The only way you can set the start time is to remove and reinstall batteries, or unplug and plug back in. Once you know that, it all makes sense.

Not fancy but it works.
I bought three these to water outdoor potted plants whenever I travel away from home. I use 3 five gallon plastic buckets as reservoirs for the pumps. I have used the set up once this summer so far and it keep my plants alive. To set the pump, you set the intervals between watering and the duration of the watering. The first watering will occur when you choose the settings. If you choose an interval of 1 day and you first set choose the setting at 1pm, then the pump will run at 1 pm everyday. This means that if you want the watering to happen at particular time of day, you must choose your settings at that time of day. This is a bit clunky.

You can set your watch by the accuracy of this thing.
Works well. Puts out the exact same amount of water every time. Easy to set up tubing & drippers ( after soaking tubing in hot water for a few minutes ). Fairly easy to set up timer after reading instructions 3 times. I dislike the fact that instructions recommend not using batteries and DC power at the same time ( but I did & it works well ). Great price. Would buy again.

Eats batteries and is terrible difficult for programming
I would not buy this product. only 4 days run time on batteries. Would be nice if they supplied the The wall supply for the cord. Do not waist your money. Not easy to program aw well.

Okay at best
I have two drip irrigation systems i just got off amazon. This one and a $49 one. This one is inferior in every way for 20 bucks less. It's just okay hence the 3 stars. It's simple enough to configure and the hosing is actually good. The drip emmiter has no adjuster like the better one I got, which is a must have feature really. The biggest problem I had is the power cord, which comes with no power brick, is that the usb-b connection feels cheap and if it isn't seated right the unit lost power. I really didn't like how it connected. I'm still using it but I don't trust it enough to recommend when a small upgrade got me a dual pump for 15x2 plants, adjustable drips, super detailed watering schedules for my hydroponic needs.

Instructions unclear but good pump
Hard to program but once you have it figured out it works good. Comes with programmable pump, hose, filter and watering spikes, charging block and cord required if you don't want to use batteries.

Peace of Mind - Good Control
Have to read the instructions a few times to understand how it works, but once you get the hang of it, it’s an excellent little system. I have two of these in my apartment and haven’t had to manually water my plants in over six months.Make sure to keep the reservoir below the pump so you don’t create a siphon.

Simple, cheap, works.
The intake filter is a nice touch. Simple and reliable, though the interface is confusing unless you read the manual.
