According to my mother, I was born with dry skin. It's been something I've treated all my life but recently,due to my age, and a medical condition, my skin had become extremely dry and itchy and even my facial moisturizer wasn't working on my face. When I bought this cream, I was desperate for a new cream or lotion.For countless years, I have used a wonderful Nivea lotion with Shea Butter in it on my body and it has countered my dry skin beautifully. When I spotted this cream by Aveeno, which I know is a favorite brand of doctors and pharmacists, I thought I'd give it a try. Not necessarily because it was made by Aveeno but because it contained Shea Butter. Shea Butter has always worked well on my dry skin. It has solved my problem beautifully and in the beginning, I even put it on my face! It has proved to be the perfect remedy for me. One thing I've found is that one must use it religiously, at least once a day, but that's not hard to do and the benefits are great! (I find using it at night, just before retiring, works best for me.) It soaks right into my skin very quickly, without leaving it feeling greasy or oily.

I was unsure of the consistency of this lotion. I’ve tried so many others. I had a severely thick dry sport on my wrist. I didn’t have much hope , but this is miraculous. It got rid of my wrist and makes my skin so soft. The tiniest amount works for both hands. It only took a few applications to notice. Of all the Aveeno lotions this is the best. It is better than Gold Bond. So

This product surpasses everything I’ve ever tried to moisturize my skin, this actually works and lasts for over a day with excellent coverage and results. I no longer have any cracked or itchy dry skin. No more cracks around my finger nails and my feet and arms feel like silk. A little goes a long way! I will continue using this product for sure! I have undergone chemotherapy and this really worked for me.

Bad review on Yuka because if the petroleum jelly. Works great on my leathery feet though.

Good product

This cream nourishes and protects dry skin from scaling. It really works. I also use the Aveeno body wash with it. I think it adds moisture to the skin because I do not get ashy even after 24 hours.
