We have had longstanding problems with muscular stiffness and weakness, which was exacerbated by several prescription medications, including some antibiotics and statins. Within a few days of beginning a daily Ensure High Protein regimen, muscular tone and flexibility showed continual improvement. The muscular energy level appears to be improving as well. The vanilla flavoring is much more palatable than the chocolate variety. Product has benefit of protein, but the taste was artificial.

This Ensure High Protein Vanilla is so versatile. I add a pack or two of instant coffee to it in the morning during the summer for my caffine fix, and I drink it at sometimes for my evening meal without any flavoring for a meal replacement. Ensure High Protein has very little sugar; that is why I started drinking it, and tastes better & is thicker than other "high protein" shakes.

unless your anemic or have malnutrition this is great but i though the extra protein would get me thinner but instead I grew like rice.

I drink this stuff because I have to, not because I want to. I don't like the taste of it and find it to be a little "gritty." I don't have much choice, however, as my doctor has prescribed it for me.

I purchased these for a cancer patient who is going through chemo + radiation. Eating and drinking is difficult, and this high protein product packs 50% of the recommended daily protein in one bottle. This product a tremendous help in maintaining nutritional intake.

Lack of Flavor.

I love these drinks, they are easy to grab on the go, they have a long shelf life, high protein content and most importantly they taste great. I would highly recommend.
