Liked the entire item including the box.

Good pen. It is a sorry state that it is not manufactured in India and has to be imported from China.

The pen looks classy! Of course post the looks how does it perform will the question. Well it ticks all the boxes. Smooth, easy to hold, right amount of weight.Deducting one star only for the feel of click sound while twisting it to get started. Something just doesn’t feel right. Of course CROSS will not pay heed to this feedback. But something that needs to be worked to smoothen the feel.

I am using Cross pens for last 18 years, I could not find the smoothness in the pen.Internal refile mechanism not seen in plastic body. I do not recommend.

Little heavy

All good but a ball point pen, now outdated.

I got this after a lot of thought. The price was alright and everything seemed properly packed, filled the best ink available and the pen refuses to write. It writes for a bit and then you have to shake the pen a few times and you can write a bit more. As it passes the return time, i wrote to cross to no much avail. Took the pen to Williampen in Bangalore and they services it, but the problem persists . It's shuch a shame and what a total waste of money. It's deeply disappointing and as a client i feel cheated. Shame on shoppers stop and cross for putting up defective pens on sale. ₹4000/- is not a small amount of money to squander away, but i am stuck with this i guess

Great affordable pen

On time, and great pen. As advertised

The pen that was delivered was the satin grey chrome one not the chrome blue lacquer promised in the description. As it was a last-minute leaving gift for a colleague, I didn't bother to return it. That being said, this is a genuine Cross pen with lifetime warranty and writes smoothly. And my ex-colleague enjoys using it and texted me the attached picture.NOTE: If you want really want to buy the chrome/blue lacquer pen, be prepared to receive the satin grey one.

On the picture it looks shiny and deep blue.In fact it is a washed up blue cheep china pen that should cost less than €2-3.I ordered 2 additional refills. Both of them skip all the time during writing.I had to order Pilot as last time I did because there are no compromises.For me this Cross is just a rubbish.Avoid it.
