Good value for money
Say to install, looks good, simple controls. Adjustable height and tilt on rain fall head a very good and useful.

Good quality, good price, shame the smaller head can’t be adjusted
Great value for money, looks fantastic and easy to install. Only issue is that the smaller head is not adjustable on the rail.

Not recomended if you are looking for a proper solid chrome.
Dissapointing quality is not as what we expected. There is a damage on the handle that we have to return it back. Product suggests that the Valve is made of brass,unfortunately the controls are plastic. These controls already have black spots in the finish which cannot be removed. (since it's plastic if you try to clean it, color difinitly will change.) Not what we thought we were buying.Update: recieved an email from you saying plumworlduk has your return request.the reason for the closure of your request is: "issued replacement without return." Your descriptions about this is misleading and I don't want you to replace it with another tacky plastic controls. I want my money back! I ordered a lot from Amazon and now giving me a hard time is it?

Almost perfect
Probably the only black appliance that stays black. We love the waterfall overhead shower, the hose is long enough, the square shape taps are easy to use when wet. No leakage , only the overhead shower runs some water around 10-15 minutes after finished shower. Not sure why.

Easy to replace, looks nice. Only down side is pressure from waterfall shower head is slow
