This plus a m.2 ssd is much cheaper than any similar SSD's sold on the market with a fast transfer speed!I just wish they can remove the space for the cable. That will make the case even more portable. Cuz if you open the case you'll see that space isn't even used. The design is more of a aesthetic choice and not a functional choice.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Win11 kept saying display port not plugged in correctly. After that the SSD works fine. However it's very annoying to get that message you plugged into the system. I have tried on multiple PCs and two Sharge SSD enclosures.

This is a beautiful and practical enclosure. Works exteremely well. Full speed as described. Easy to install. Highly portable. Keeps the SSD cool.I like it a lot Great for keeping all my working files sync on the go.Can't understand why people don't read the full listing. Enclosure is high quality, but included cable holds back the speed of your device. I used a test app and found that this device will max out at 1gbs with the provided cable. An nvme drive can go much faster than this, so I found the included cable to be inconvenient.

A really neat way of transferring data between phones a computers. Extremely compact including the short cable and in my case the magnetic adapter which clips the SSD securely to the phone or with the metal rings, to the laptop. Handing video transfer without problems. I can take it everywhere so compact and portable.

This is a fantastic enclosure. I like that it has the built-in cable. If you are moving TBs of data you may want to consider putting it in front of a fan. It might get a little toasty.It comes with a leather pocket to keep the enclosure clean.

I was very excited about this enclosure as I loved the sleek design of the product. I installed a 4TB SSD and the drive kept disconnecting every few minutes. My MacBook eventually didn't recognize the drive at all, the same SSD is readable just fine in another enclosure I have. I reached out to Sharge customer support as I suspected I received a defective unit. They requested the make and model of my SSD drive and after providing them with the information they decided the enclosure is not compatible with my drive as it is PCIe 4.0, that of course does not make any sense as USB is backward and forwards compatible so, a USB4 drive is compatible with a USB3.2 enclosure it will just be limited by the 3.2 speed. Anyway, they refused to acknowledge that the unit maybe defective. I purchased another one on my own and as I expected, the enclosure works perfectly fine at 10Gbps speed. It may or may not work which makes this not very reliable. Buy at your own risk.
