Not a bad phone.
Not a bad phone .. however has issues .. for example you can exclude YouTube on DO NOT DISTURB OPTION and play sleep music .. BUT NOT ON THIS PHONE...THIS PHONE STRUGGLES WITH OUTLOOK AMD GMAIL I THE SAME PLACE... in a contradictory fashion as in use 1 or the other...And a few other issues that are minor , but livable .. but in all a good off brand phone ... That doesn't need constant updates draining the battery like SAMSUNG

This is region restricted phone, that will be disabled by realme if used outside EU!By any chance if you travel abroad, realme disables your phone network! As it is region customised phone, see attached photoAlso, very slow charging 15W!!Claimed to be dual SIM + external storageIn fact it's only dual SIM only ( without external storage) orsingle SIM + external storage

Realme disabled the phone network when used outside UKIn first few days had this " you are using a region customized phone. Its communication functions are disabled. Please contact realme customer service for support"Then they locked the phone! despite it is advertised as "unlocked for all networks!"Contacted Realme, who confirmed this was there policy to lock the phone if you use it abroad!An extremely frustrating situation.

Not happy
On the advert is saying it's saying is charging at67w charger and on the box is only usb cable and no charger, shame for you realme

PIN entry too slow / cannot turn off vibration / no in-app vibration
Input doesn't keep up with PIN entry. Frustrating vibration, then if you try again too quickly it keeps failing, like it's still stuck on your last digit entered. Appalling, and no customer support. Otherwise, good phones aside from in-app vibration doesn't work (ironically) - a pretty big fail.

decent phone for the price
I bought it as a second phone, at the moment the battery last minimum 2 days with a relatively heavy usage, the photos are good for this range, and the system replies well. overall happy, we will see how fast it ages.
