We had this litter box for 8 months and it worked just fine but it got really sensitive and wouldn't work randomly, we've have to unplug and plug it in again to get it to work. Some times have to pull the bag tray and back in numerous times to get it to work as well. Finally the rubber piece that all the litter sits on came undone from the plastic ring and officially broke so now it's useless. Luckily Amazon customer service is phenomenal and were able to get me a credit to replace it with a better built product. But still really disappointing that this one stopped working.

I don’t normally write reviews, but I had to for this product. It truly is some thing that has changed the game for me. I used to struggle so much with having to clean my little box, but this thing makes it such a seamless process that I don’t even think about it. With all the comments posting that litter and poop goes on the floor, I highly recommend putting less later than you think you should. The max fill line is way too, I would only put about half that in there. So much less cat litter on the ground this way. My little last longer because the poop is being sorted out immediately after they go. My cat to talk to it immediately with absolutely no issue. It is pretty quiet, and as long as I’m emptying the lower tray regularly there is relatively no smell. I cannot recommend this product enough. it is very large in the inside, and not too big on the outside, I can fit it underneath a small desk nook built into my apartment.

At first we were going to return it, our oldest cat did not want to get NEAR this. So if you have an older cat it’s a bit of gamble. BUT we got our oldest cat a younger brother he was 2 months old at the time and started using it immediately.I love the fact that the litter box stops moving as soon as it senses a cat approaching it- that was a major concern of mine.You can set a schedule so that the litter box will clean itself when you want it to. You can also put it on auto.It tells you when the bin is full which is awesome.My only gripe is that the bags it comes with. Once those are out you’re stuck trying to find bags that fit. But that’s not too inconvenient all things considered.Long story short- I was really hesitant to buy this just because it’s a lot of money. But if it’s on sale go for it.

Have been wanting to get a robotic cat box for some time now. Was waiting for another brand to lower the price for something more affordable and it just wasn’t happening.This box met all I was looking for. Purchased about a month ago and cats started using right away!The cat box smell has gone away. My children have no more complaints about scooping cat litter and there is less of a mess of kicked out after use.I do have some cons:It’s large. A bit bulkier than I imagined. It’s fine we make do.It’s loud. We always know when it’s been used. Cats don’t mind and it’s only for a few we wind while the box does its work.I can’t comment on the app as I have no need to monitor my cats uses. Didn’t even download it.Overall, I am saving my pennies to purchase a 2nd robotic box. We happy with our purchase and so glad we finally have one.

This product started out working great and my cat went right in and started using it. I have had it for less than six months and it does not work anymore. After about four months of my cat using it, it started spinning the wrong way, and stopping in the middle of a cycle. Now it starts the cycle and stops and will not start again. The litter pan is not in need of emptying and I have tried unplugging it numerous times. I would not purchase this item again. $330 is a lot to spend on something that only works for a few months.
