After years consuming apple cider vinegar with mother, I can finally say I found the ONE. It has a clarity and purity that I haven’t seen before. The taste it’s comparable to the sensation that you get when you try a fine wine for the first time and you notice the difference. Must be the difference made by been aged…The packaging it is clean and very eco friendly, the bottle with its burn mark wooden top/ lid gives the impression of an old pharmaceutical remedy taylor made for you… so pretty! I will definitely leave it on display!I can also see it as a great present for people who value natural products.

I first received a free sample of this product for review purposes but have since bought a couple of the refill pouches & a new bottle, when the cork snapped & got stuck in my first one.I recently discovered that apple cider vinegar can work as an appetite suppressant & dull skies in blood sugar, which is why Victoria Secret models are instructed to take a spoonful with every meal. As a newly diagnosed diabetic, I instantly gave it a try & have not regretted it. I regularly add it to soups & find that if stirred in thoroughly the taste is hardly detectable while the effects are. Also, this is quality stuff - it isn't like chip shop vinegar, even when I can taste it, it isn't as sharp & unpleasant as I'd expect (although I still wouldn't want to drink more than a spoonful of it neat!).Te refill packs are very good value. Both times they arrived securely packed with no leaking & poured easily into my existing bottle. Within the liquid is a lump of cloudy, congealed-looking stuff but apparently that's the 'mother' part & is totally natural. It tastes the same as the clear vinegar.This is a superior quality vinegar which I will continue to take & highly recommend.

Mixed 15 mils with 200 mils of cold water to counter build up of sugar in bloodstream. Tasted horrendous so it must do you good.!!!

I originally bought this to help heal my dogs ear but I tried drinking before that daily with acasia honey and fresh lemon and I’m halfway through the bottle it’s delicious and so good for many health reasons..research that facts about that though..but it’s bottle is really lovely and I may keep for future oil & sticks for air freshener

I have been taking Apple cider vinegar for several years now a couple different brands, but this stuff tastes so much better. It is stronger but I really like that ... tastes like quality. Also, it looks gorgeous, beautiful bottle, which actually is reminding me to drink it more as I have it out on display. Definitely will buy this again.

I've used cider vinegar for a while, for all sorts of purposes. Diluted it works well as a hair conditioner, a bath soak to soften skin, to heal itchiness and irritation, and all sorts of other uses. I also use it in salad dressings and for preserving and making chutney, but haven't been drinking it in a glass of water the way they suggest for this one.This vinegar is priced and packaged to seem like whisky, and thereby be a luxurious choice. It's about the same price as a 5l bottle of Aspalls or Biona organic ACV: but that makes it about 14 times as expensive per ml. I compared this one with Biona side by side. They both have the mother. I guess this one has a higher concentration of mother since the bottle is so small. Putting a teaspoonful in a glass of water I tasted them both, and this one has a slightly more cow-y flavour (you know, the flavour you get from the extremely rural homemade cider you buy from a farmer on the way in to Glastonbury). I actually don't like that flavour but some people will. The Biona also has a depth of flavour, just not the cowiness. They both have a similar acidity.I can see why this is so expensive- they need to keep it in barrels for 10 years so of course that will add to the price. But does it benefit from the aging? I'm not sure. If each little bottle has more mother than other vinegars then I guess that's more of the healthy stuff. But I don't think it's 14 times more healthy, and it doesn't have 14 times the depth of flavour or anything. My recommendation is to buy a good quality vinegar in bulk and use it copiously for everything.

Tried this at a friends and got one myself. I absolutely love the taste and packaging and it looks very nice on the kitchen counter. Will buy again for sure!

Hmm. I can't help wondering if this one is at an inflated price because some people will think something more expensive is better BECAUSE it costs more.There are a few things I dislike about this one - packaging is one.Okay, it is a beautiful colour - but many other suppliers sensibly package in dark coloured bottles in order to avoid degradation due to light itself. Secondly - given that one known benefit of drinking apple cider vinegar in water first thing is that it is helpful to kick start urinary and digestive function - and has been used, as helpful 'folk' medicine for those with a tendency to arthritis - what is with the ridiculous difficult stopper??I don't have arthritis, but neverthess this required a lot of strength in hands and thumbs to push up and push back in that stupper.Cynically I think this one is overbranded overmarketed but not particularly practical. I would say as a system flush through first thing in the morning, the cost is prohibitive, given a suggested 15 ml dosage. I don't think this one is likely to be any more medicinally useful than other apple cider vinegar with mothers.And, as the taste is harsher and not so pleasant it isn't even as if using this in a vinaigrette would be as tasty as the other brand in my cupboard (one of the commonest/most available in whole food shops. Or indeed on this site )
