Came early and is very useful to train forearms and has comfort and adjustable very efficient and way to use the weight isfairly accurate I feel it's slightly off but still very good and easy to use

the weight is okay, but if your strong enough already its like a stress toy really, you might get some definition but if you saw it off social media and it says youll get your desired arm-veins, dont listen, its about genetics and diet. its simple enough crank it to adjust weight, has a plus-minus sign to indicate.

It is comfortable to use, and very adjustable to suit many different strengths. It is effective in training the strength of my hands, which can come in handy during everyday life. It is the perfect size and weight for anyone to use. The only thing I would change on this product is the colour, to add a touch of variation and personalisation to it.

Quality of this strengthener is good. Its plastic, with rubber areas to hold while in use.Comfort is not an issue (at least from what I have found) and I can use this for extended periods of time. It sometimes makes a slight squeaking noise when being used, but nothing too much.No instructions, just squeeze and adjust to your liking (up to 60kg).Very good value for money. 10/10.

This works ok, and seems to be decent quality. Certainly seems to be a good price. You get what you pay for, but if i was being picky i'd say the tension adjustment isn't very precise. I have relatively large hands (a bit over 8 inches long if that is helpful), and the overall size is a little bit smaller than would be ideal for me, but still usable.
