Not Actually "Firm"
Ordered this item looking for a firm pillow for better sleep comfort. This pillow was, at best, a medium.

Finally, I found these pillows! These are great for slim sleepers!
I hate all those overly plush "hotel" pillows that are everywhere. It's like you have to put hot irons and burn the pillows down to a flatter yet still sleepable pillow level.I bought some several years ago, and they have been great. If you're overweight, a fluffier pillow might help you align your head and neck better; however, this is ideal for slimmer people who want to lie down closer to the mattress.

Disappointed
This pillow was not firm at all. I put my head on the pillow and it sunk all the way down. Very disappointed with this product.
