Great Product
Excellent product. Love the fact it does NOT have melatonin or ashwagandha. I found it gave a very restful sleep, not a heavy sleep. I still woke up 2 or 3 times like I always do but was able to go right back to sleep. Woke up without a headache in the morning that I always had with melatonin. Will continue to use it every night. Highly recommend.

itchy skin but helped sleep - stopped using it
After a month of use, i got sever itching all over my body esp. on my elbow and back. It did help with quality sleep but itching was horrible - after lot of back/forth, it finally became the most likely reason and when i stopped using it, after a week, my itching went away!

It works but beware of nightmares
I have had sleep issues for over a decade now and almost nothing works. I do have prescription meds but I don't like to take them every night. Valerian root WORKS. If you have issues with melatonin like I do, where it doesn't help at all, Valerian root will absolutely help you sleep. The only negative is it will give you some wild and vivid nightmares. Like, I wake up screaming type of nightmares. That is not just this product, anything with Valerian in it does that, and it might not affect everyone the same but both my husband and I experience disturbing and vivid dreams if we take it for a few nights straight. So, I usually don't take it more than 2 nights in a row. It will help you sleep though :)

Not strong enough
I'm sure if you are new to sleep aids this might work for you but for someone like me who suffers from chronic insomnia, it wasn't very helpful. The lid is like a tic tac type thing and does not open easily. It's actually easier to take the whole top off. This product does not smell good so plug your nose and enjoy. I gave three stars because I'm sure it would work for others and Olly is a brand I trust and I love the fact that this is completely herbal, not chemical.
