This is a very good lock easy to fit. Works well only thing I would say if you want to open with the phone you need to be close to it but apart from that very good.

The door lock installation process was straightforward, with clear instructions and included hardware. Unlike the Ring, it requires basic household tools for alignment. The lock offers convenient features such as auto-closing after 15 minutes and remote status checking via the internet. It integrates well with the Doorbell Pro, allowing remote unlocking after identifying visitors. Additionally, it provides the option to give temporary access codes to others. The entire installation took less than 30 minutes, including removing the old lock.

Great Lock for the price with pic, key and fingerprint available, setup an account with the app and you can even change direction it opens and closes, great buy but you do need some good DIY skills to fit it :-)

Contacted through Amazon, asked for order number and then ignored me for weeks!! The lock is faulty, the motor doesn’t pull the catch back - no resolution from seller.

The advert for this lock is misleading and does not allow you to have more than 3 IDs to unlock the door (I tried 2 fingerprints and 1 password). This lock will claim it successfully adds more fingerprints but when I try to unlock the door with the extra fingerprints outside of admin rights they do not work. Also the app does not allow more than 1 user to identify this lock. Poor design and now I have useless lock and a big hole in my door. I hope the manufacturer will see this and help me. Until then this is not a product I would recommend

Me encanto muchísimo, hace tiempo quería probar una de estas opciones para mi casa, debido a todos los avances tecnológicos me parecía una excelente opción ya que funciona con el celular, con la huella y con pequeñas tarjetas entonces me parece que es algo muy novedoso y funcional hoy en día para olvidarte por completo de las llaves, me gusto que trae todo lo necesario para poder instalarla, no necesitas aditamentos extras, las pilas me parece buena opción usar recargables que son las que yo uso y al final no es tanto el gasto, los materiales se sienten de muy buena calidad, se ve muy bien elaborado cada parte de la chapa y es súper fácil de configurar, lista para usarse en cuestion de minutos después de instalada y configurada, es pequeña lo cual me gusta ya que había unas muy grandes y parecían estorbosas, una excelente opción de seguridad con tecnología para la casa

Tengo 9 meses con la chapa y sigue funcionando perfecto. Apenas le cambié las pilas a pesar de que aún no era necesario, la instalación estuvo bien pero la configuración no es muy intuitiva… cada vez que la quiero reconfigurarla es una batalla y requiero del manual para hacerlo. La lectura de la huella puede mejorar, pero ya que encuentras el ángulo de lectura de la huella no tienes problema alguno.Sinceramente es un muy buen producto para personas de edad avanzada y para personas olvidadizas, o simplemente para dar mayor comodidad al no usar llave.La recomiendo

En general estoy muy satisfecha con la cerradura, desconozco si es fácil de instalar, ya que pagué a una persona para que lo colocara, estéticamente se ve muy bien, cero estorbosa, llevo ya unos 4 meses usándola y ha funcionado muy bien, utilizo la mayor parte del tiempo la huella digital y no ha habido falla ni se ha descargado la batería, las veces que he usado la clave también funciona muy bien. El único tema que podría mejorarse es que permitiera abrir a distancia desde la app o generar contraseñas temporales a distancia, ya que solo estando cerca de la cerradura puedes configurar nuevas contraseñas, modificar o eliminar alguna, yo había entendido que si se podía pero ya intenté de todas las formas en la app y no es posible solo cuando te conectas bluetooth estando cerca dispositivo y así si están habilitadas todas las funciones. Fuera de eso funciona muy bien tanto con clave, contraseña, tarjeta o llave.

Todo bien al principio la instalación es facil, igual que la configuración. El problema vino a la semana de estar instalada, cuando intento abrir con cualquier metodo ya sea huella, codigo o tarjeta. Dice que esta abierto pero el seguro sigue puesto y no se puede abrir solamente con la llave física. Ya la reinicie totalmente y sigue el mismo problema. A alguien mas le paso? Lo pudieron solucionar? O tendre que devolver la cerradura

Tenía tiempo queriendo comprar una cerradura de este tipo, y ahora por fin me animé y la compré. Lo primero que me gustó fue que no es difícil instalarla y una vez que la conectas con la aplicación el manejo y configuración es muy sencillo, los materiales son buenos y a prueba de agua y sol, hasta ahora no he tenido problemas. No se siente frágil sino todo lo contrario, da mucha sensación de seguridad. Recomiendo utilizarla con baterías recargables de esa manera no tendrás que gastar en baterías seguido
