Full metal jacket

Yes, thankfully I have this keystone as a spare when using another makes faceplate. Though it doesn't quite fit the other faceplate, the connections were easy and solid. Good first-time connections.

Does the job
I only needed scissors to set it up, at first it didn't work because the cables had to be cut shorter but on my second attempt it worked great, got my full gigabit connection.

Unacceptable
The product has clearly been opened and maybe even returned by another customer. A vital part was missing, including a mini cable tie. This rendered the product useless.
