They start to disintegrate the instant they meet any moisture - in this case the mouth - and taste absolutely terrible. They also led to an extremely uncomfortable stomach due largely to their taste. Beetroot, beetroot, beetroot. Yuk. These capsules turn to mush as soon as liquid threatens to touch them and they basically taste like mould.
