Raindrops Keep Fallin' On My Head/Get Together With Andy Williams

Had these on LP vinyls in the seventies, loved them then and I still love it. The velvet voice is as lovely as ever.

This is the only release that I know of the Raindrops Keep Falling on My Head album on CD. Does that matter? A big Yes it does for the sublime medley that takes up all of side two, a rare case of MOR becoming ART. Andy's voice will live on in numerous greatest hits amd best of compilations but like Sinatra he sometimes aimed higer and its a shame that when he (and his arrangers and musicians) made it so special so few will ever hear it. Why only 4 stars, well in truth the pairing with Get Together lets down the release but its a small price to pay. Enjoy

I just wish amazon would release Raindrops keep falling on my Head on MP3 as l have tryed every where so I can down load on to my phone I just love that album and would love to listen to it on my way to work. I know side 2may case some problems for Amazone as it runs strate through none stop but some of us would pay for the album as you could not separate any of side 2 it is unusual and beautifully sang by Andy so please please release it on MP3 its one. Brilliant album

Have been waiting years for one of these tracks to be released on CD - some tracks do not have the greatest clarity but overall this is worth owning and has good variety - 4 stars only because some of the tracks are nit too clear else it would be 5 stars.
