We had been looking for a reliable meat thermometer for a long time. Finally we found this! I watched it being used on cooking show and I was amazed, but still very skeptical due past issues. It has been nothing short of amazing! I have been very sick and I am immunocompromised so I am very anal when it comes to the correct temps for meats. I have no worries now with this thermometer. You can put it in the meat while its cooking or use it when it comes out of the oven. There is a strong magnet on it so you can place it right on door or side of the oven which is very convenient. It is very reliable, durable and a great value for the cost.

This unit is easy to set up and use. The directions are clear and the unit works great. I really like that I can stick it on the front (magnetic back) of my BBQ and read the display easily from inside, about 15 feet away.

Worked as described. Only advice make sure probe is in horizontal meat horizontally. Vertical might poke through or too close to edge of meat giving incorrect temperature.

This device was tricky to figure out how to use it.I think it is doing what it says it is doing.

This thermometer is a piece of crap. It does NOT work! I am so sorry I wasted money on this and it is too late to return because I thought it was working until I compared it to a real one that works!
