I will say I ordered a lanyard and the incorrect one came to begin with. I immediately spoke with them and they were so prompt with the refund and were apologetic. Alex was great dealing with my issue and I reordered and they sent me what I originally ordered which was great and the lanyard is perfect so thank you and I will be ordering again.

This is exactly what I wanted and it arrived the next day on prime. The length is a bit longer than expected but it is ok. Very useful for quick swiping into my office without having to remove my card while supporting a worthy cause.
