most people would buy this product thinking that it has 1000 mg vitamin C (as ascorbic acid and / or ascorbate).look carefully - the product mentions that it has 1000 mg of aamla extract.but it doesn't say how much of that aamla extract is vitamin C (as ascorbic acid and / or ascorbate).aamla extract can be of different levels of purity (homogeneity) with regards to the active product ingredient (API), which in this case is vitamin C (as ascorbic acid and / or ascorbate)the amount of vitamin C (as ascorbic acid and / or ascorbate) could be 1 mg, 10 mg, 100 mg or 1000 mg.you can ask them this question and they will respond with a standard answer that it has 1000 mg aamla extract. but they deliberately won't tell you how much is the actual vitamin C content.

Very pathetic i received the seal open even the tablets are broken and i did not receive the 20 tablets only 18 is received by me i suggest not to buy
