These bolsters are great for the price! They also came with nice straps and a little book with poses. I bought ten for my practice and every one is in great condition.

This is shipped vacuum sealed, so it's flat. I read that it puffs up in about 4 hours. It's been a day and this still hasn't puffed up. The inside feels like a thick piece of cardboard and I can't make it expand manually, so I'm not sure how this was supposed to expand on its own. I don't know how to return it, since it expanded a little and will no longer fit in the bag. Don't waste your money.

How big and comfy it is.

The bolster is pretty good. It has a nice color, soft and good length. I like it for the price and the fact that you get the strap with it. However, I agree with a lot of people that the bolster is not as big and stays pretty flat. I think if you do yoga at studios, you expect the bolster to be big and bulky like the ones there, but this is not that.

Although it was vacuume sealed flat upon arrival it plumped up within a couple hours. I took it out early afternoon and was using it with the same evening. Sturdy without feeling hard; the right width and height for average spine so far but we’ll see after some wear…

Really love this it adds so much

This bolster is a total joke. Some buyers have had luck with it expanding after being compressed for shipment. I have not. It is two inches thick and has been that way for the last three days. Worst purchase I’ve made in a long time. I have contacted Tumaz two timesand have had no response whatsoever. Not impressed with them or their bolster.

I've had this bolster for about 2 weeks now and it still hasn't decompressed as advertised. It's supposed to decompress to 5 inches. It might be 3 at the most, and it definitely isn't as soft as expected. I'm kind of disappointed with this product. Probably should have splurged for the higher-priced one but I was looking for a good deal. Live and learn.Update: It took a week or two longer to decompress but it finally did. I'm not sure why it took so long...maybe because it was cold out side and my husband keeps our house cool as well? Anyway, I love this bolster and definitely recommend you get this one.

Resultó que la almohada estaba empacada al alto vacío.Las instrucciones dicen que en 48 horas debería tomar su tamaño final, lo cual no ocurrió después de una semana. Solicité una devolución y ha pasado casi un mes sin tener mayores noticias. Buen producto, pero mucho tiempo perdido y riesgo de que no sirva al final.

Perfecto para yoga restaurativo

Es muy delgado para los requerimientos reales del yoga, especialmente para un reataurativo. Lo encargué por el precio. No sería mi mejor opción ahora que llegó y lo vi.
