Got this phone as a replacement when my Redmi Pro 8 broke (screen cracked beyond repair). Same great long battery life. Figerprint reader is on the side (took me a while to get used to) and not as great as my Note 8 pro was. It reads 8-9 times our of 10 and response is somewhat not instant, more delayed.Front camera is not as great as Note 8 Pro had, but back camera is a bit better even though pictures are coming out nice in both these phones.Despite this phone being more powerful compare to Note 8 Pro, I feel it has more page opening/closing delays too. Never experience it with old phone.Package contained everything from power supply cord (including not so very nice adapter that is holding very weak when charging vertically) to clear cover. I wish it had screen protector too.I have T-Mobile and it's working fine. There are few spots on my way to work where I was loosing signal with my Note 8 Pro and I don't have this problem with this phone so it's good.Overall I am happy with this phone.

I dislike the fact that the internet kept disconnecting for more than 5 minutes. nothing worked properly on the phone and everything was just slow

The Redmi Note 10 Pro is one that I did a fair bit of research on to find. It has quite good specs, a lovely design, reasonable price, cameras, battery life, etc. Seemed like a great purchase.Except there's just one big problem. The phone mics are absolutely terrible. If your mouth is anywhere else than right under the lower mic, you run the risk of having your entire sentence sounding distant, muddy, or entirely cut off.I thought at first that this problem was due to a software issue, or perhaps a poor network connection. But after multiple tests, weeks of experimenting with changes, etc. I finally had to admit that it was the phone's fault for it all. I've never had such a bad experience with a phone mic. If you check out some other reviews by real users online, you'll see that many of them complain about the horrible mics as well.Considering I haven't seen anything reliable posted by the company, I can only assume that this issue is going largely ignored and as such, I will avoid this brand in the future. Wish I could return it for a refund but that window has long closed.Very disappointing.
