Exceeds expectations!
The World has always known the Japanese have long made the finest knives, saws and other woodworking tools. The kind of work I do demands the best tools, woods and other boat building/restoration materials. It has been my privilege to put to use these fine products that I am fortunate enough to purchase through Amazon. Win Turner

My fave tenon saw
Quite sharp and precise. The shoulder is short which makes it perfect for cutting deep tenons. Long handle to control accuracy. Great tool.

Easy to cut straight lines
Clearly mark where you want to cut, and carve a line into the wood with a sharp knife. When you cut the lines, press down and go over the cut several times with a sharp knife. Pretty simple. By the way, don't draw the lines with a pencil. This is a thick drawing and causes a usable joint, but using a knife makes the joint much tighter.

Great quality
Best saws on the market, I have three of them, the cuts are clean, the quality is second to none. Love the look, the feel and the precision.
