This gives you a variety of ways to use it and it works. It allows you to stretch muscles that you couldn't stretch any other way.

It works but the strap gets uncomfortable to hold when I use it for more than a couple of minutes.

Looked great in the pictures, but disappointing in real life. I don't like the material. It's more nylon/camping-strap like and it's uncomfortable to hold. At $15 I would have said 3 stars but $24.95 really doesn't make sense.

I have incorporated the 10X stretcher into my Taekwondo training at home and I already see a big difference. I definitely recommend this excellent product to anyone looking to become more flexible!
