We’ve had our Babysense monitor and cameras for 2 years now and love them! We had a power adapter go bad and customer service was so helpful and replaced it even though our camera was out of warranty!

Customer service was world class! Got a free replacement with no hassle after our camera started making a high pitched noise that we couldn’t fix after trying everything.

Great customer service and product, they took care of everything and listened to everything we needed! I have 3 cameras and its great to keep watch of our 3 boys. Highly recommended product and rest assured if any issue comes up customer service will take care of it!

We liked the quality of the picture in the cameras. The fact that you can add extra cameras easily to the whole system is a real advantage. We especially love the warning systems for temperature and battery recharge. The night vision is fantastic. When we got a problem with a cord and called for service, a very kind and knowledgeable service rep sent us out a replacement immediately. My husband is handicapped and requires constant monitoring as he travels in the house. These cameras give me some rest from running from room to room to make sure all is going smoothly. Love it, love, love it!!

Pretty good all around. Temperature sensor is almost always off by 4 to 6 degrees depending on whether HVAC/fan is moving air. Picture quality and durability is good. Sound quality is OK but difficult to hear baby while white noise (or sounds) are playing. Easy to set up and use. We now have three of these cameras paired with one monitor, used over a 3 year period.

I have the double split screen monitor and added this third camera to the monitor so it rotates through all three kids rooms! The camera started making a buzzing sound and losing some connection after a few months. I reached out to their customer service and within 24 hours we had communicated several times and they had a new camera on the way because of the buzzing sound! The other two have never made the sound and we’ve had them for much longer so the single one was definitely just a glitch but 5/5 for quick and amazing customer service replacing the buzzing unit! I recommend this brand monitor to all my mom friends!

Updated: customer service reached out to me and they were amazing! I’m not sure what happened with my camera but they sent me replacements and made sure everything was to my expectations! They really went above and beyond! Since getting the new ones i haven’t had issues, I love babysense and their customer service!Old: These were great for the first few weeks. Then I had connectivity issues with all 3 cameras I have. It’s unfortunate, I really wanted to love these.

I have the full set of the camera and monitor, and I just needed to add an extra camera — an excellent solution.Very satisfied.
