Delicious
I don't understand why everyone says it tastes horrible, I mixed my mocha with cold milk n used a frother n it tastes pretty good. A chunk stuck to the top from the bubbling, over the taste just tastes like a protein shake

Helps to Meets fiber goals
Most definitely helps with digestion and meeting my fiber goals , it doesn’t dissolve so you have to drink it fast or it will become gel like it don’t bother me but for those who have a problem with drinking texture lol I do like the coconut lime flavor

Pre and pro
I like that it is both a pre and probiotic. The taste wasn’t great at first, but you do get used it. It is grainy and it does stick to the side of your glass which is annoying. I do definitely recommend a frother/blending stick for mixing the powder into water. I haven’t noticed a difference in my digestive system, but it also hasn’t made me bloated.

Super bummed you can’t mix this in a hot liquid, bought it specifically to mix in my coffee! Turns it into a gelatinous substance. Would have bought the coconut lime if I had known that!
