I am SO DISAPPOINTED there were no instructions. Even all the Panda bears could not figure out what to do.They just snuggled in and on them.What is that long ice cream scoop thing? What in tarnation is the hollow rectangle and a shoe that fits it? Poor bear toppled off it trying to ssniff it.The triangles became perfect caves and a pair had to share one of them.All the pieces and parts were here. The tube thing snaps open and closed easily, I think you put rice in here. The chopsticks are quite elegant looking, with grip shapes down at the poking end. There are two types of bamboo mats, not sure of which is which and how to use them. I don’t think they are for rolling as the magic bullet tube does the rolling. The knife looks very good. I am not such a sushi chef to judge a sushi knife or how to handle it. It comes in its own little cage to protect it? Or me?There are two wooden spoons, I don’t know what these are for. They really can’t be spoons as they are flat as a pancake. It will be a hard days work to scoop up soup with these spoons! You might as well tilt the bowl into your mouth to get any.I love the busy pandas. They are all busy doing one thing or another, mostly lying down on the job looking terribly cute. I can’t wait to make them earn their living carrying our elegant chopsticks.I don’t think it would have been hard for the maker of these sets to include instruction sheets or even a link to THEIR demonstration web site or video. They lost a star for that.I wonder if I can stuff all the pieces and parts into the bullet and keep it all together. Otherwise I will have to get a larger container for it and keep it all functional. Now I just need some ingredients to make my sushi wild husband a happy calm stuffed sushi monster!Regards to all and good rolling!

My nephew saw a few sushi making shorts on YouTube and was interested in trying. The kit has everything - we didn't use all of the pieces in it, just one of the molds, the mats, the knife and chopsticks + holders. The chopsticks holders are adorable, little pandas all in different positions. The kit doesn't come with instructions or a list of contents. It's easy to figure out but even a list of what it includes would have been helpful. The knife was nice and sharp but it's of a quality you'd expect in a kit like this so you can't sharpen it very much. We had a fun day making rolls and onigiri. If I were to purchase a sushi kit for myself vs a gift, I would just buy the mats and onigiri mold. But it's a nice complete set for a gift, and the chopsticks holders were a nice surprise and delight.

It a great product. Leveled up mu sushi game and the knife is so sharp. Worth the money all the way. Complete satisfied

Easy to use high quality

I bought this to make some sushi at home for me and my wife.It took a little getting used to to not overpack it because it will start to come out of the sides of the sushi cannon.I used a little Pam to keep the rice from sticking to the inside of the sushi canon and the plunger that you used to compress it overall look pretty good purchase. You just need to get your portions correct that way your sushi isn’t falling apart.

This kit is excellent . My only down side with it is when I wash the bamboo by hand the strings get unloose.
