The book is really good specially for someone who wants to succeed in currency trading. It contains literally everything you need, however, you will need to create your own strategy based on the theory learned.

His fusion approach of fundamental and technical analysis towards FX market is definitely worth a read.

"Give a man a fish, and you feed him for a day; teach a man to fish and you feed him for a lifetime."Most trading books try to present some sort of working strategy, be it technical or fundamental, while leaving the reader in the dark about WHY things work the way they do - if you have read some of the stuff out there you probably know what I mean. It's not that these books are all wrong, but another level of MACD's, Keltner Channels, Fibonacci ratios etc. pp. won't solve the problems most of us run into again and again. At least not for me.This book is different. it's a deep dive into nearly every aspect of the market - and while it certainly does not take over the work, this book does two things extremely well:1. It explains the how's and why's of the FX market with a great level of detail2. In doing so it presents a myriad of trading ideas that - given the level of detail in every aspect of this book - will keep a trader busy for years. At least that's my impression after applying some of the thoughts presented in this bookBesides that even the most complex topics are presented in a way that - no matter your level of experience - you should be able to follow along easily. It's all well illustrated with lots of thoughtful charts and above all it's even funny at times and extremely insightful as the author draws from his experience as a professional FX trader at an investment bank.This book is not only full of great thoughts, ideas and experience, it's a page turner that I read from cover to cover. And then again. And again. A real standard reference and one of THE outstanding trading books.
