The media could not be loaded. This digital picture frame is very easy to use, simply power on, then use the control panel or remote, go to the system setting first set up the date and time. It is not just for picture it is also a digital calendar. Nice and neat, clear screen displays. The pictures I used a usb stick to load, but the back slots have multiple choices, not just usb slot also micro usb slot, SD card, and even microphone slot as well, remote control make it much simple and easy, battery is already included in remote. So open and use it straightaway. Movie and music function make it more entertaining, 12” is quite good size for picture display. All in all, I m very pleased with this product.

Note! this photo viewer hasn't got a motion sensor. At first I was disappointed, but you can set it to switch on/off any time of day, also manual on/off. The picture quality is excellent and the unit itself looks good on the wall. I don't use the video or audio so can't comment on that. All in all I think this viewer is good value for money.

Very old OS/tech. Only supports MPEG or DivX codecs. Everything else needs to be converted first.Additionally, we can playback these categories:- ONLY Photos.- Photos + Music.- Music.- ONLY videos.We can shuffle only within these categories, and not show a mix of photos and videos. (So the frame can either show photos OR videos, but not both - requires manual switching between photos and videos.)Utterly defeats the purpose of a standalone frame of memories.(I have bought other frames before, and they used to handle most files and shuffle randomly between photos and videos seamlessly.)

The product is good for the price. Easy to use and a great feature.

I unpacked the item.The power cable was about a metre long - far too short.I read the User Manual, but the print was so small that I had to use my reading specs AND a magnifying glass.I switched it on, and a video immediately played. Then it repeated, and repeated again, and again. In a loop.Viewing the screen from exaclty a 90 degree angle, the picture was fine. At 89 degrees it started to deteriorate. At 80 degrees it was useless.I found a Stop button. I pressed all of the buttons on the Home menu, and none of them did anything.It's going back.

Reasonable quality. Clear screen, no battery so need to be close to a power point.

Se tiene buena resolución

Entre varias opciones de marcos digitales me decidi por este por las multiples funciones con las que cuenta (foto, video, musica, calendario). El marco es plastico duro en color blanco, se ve muy resistente y con buenos acabados. Tiene una pantalla grande de 12 pulgadas, con buena resolución de imagen. Es muy fácil usarlo, en mi caso le puse una tarjeta SD en la parte trasera, lo conecte a la corriente y listo. Lo puse en un mueble de mi sala y quede encantada como la decoro y le dio vida. Puedo constantemente estar cambiando las fotos, puedo controlar la pantalla directo del marco del teclado o bien del control remoto incluido. Tambien me gusto que lo pude poner en idioma español. Es un buen producto de decoración.

Sirve para marco de fotos, videos y reproducir musica.Util y facil de usar.El unico defecto es el control remoto que tiene un rango limitado y hay que apuntar justo al sensor del mismo
