Good quality ,helps keep my dog in place

We have two Maltese / Shitzu mix dogs. Once we attached it to the table and connected the straps around the mid section and neck we raised the arm to it's highest position. Unfortunately the neck and mid section loops are a little to long and will allow our dogs to scoot or almost sit...If the bar was 3 or 4 inches longer this would be perfect...I can wrap it over the top to shorten the loops, but there should be a better way of doing this.Otherwise the quality is good. It secures tightly to the table and the loops seem like they are high quality too.

The problem i had was that it would not stay locked it keeps coming apart
