Such a good product. As a person that has struggled with chronic neck pain for years, my heat pack is my best friend, I use it everyday and this is my 2nd time buying this one, the first one lasted forever. It's so soft and stays hot longer then any other one I've used. If i could give 100 stars I would!

The softness is really nice. The weight is also good. However, it would be better if the beads stayed in place. They need to add some more stitching. Currently, the beads fall to the bottom when holding it. You need to keep adjusting them. When heating, the side that is down, gets sweaty. Maybe using the soft material for the top and a different material on the bottom would help. I'm going to try flipping it during heating to see if that helps. I like the smell. It's soothing. If they made a few changes, this would be a great product.

This neck wrap is working great for me. The beads stay in place, the wrap is soft and stays in place. It has a nice light fragrance and holds heat well. I haven’t tried a cold wrap yet but overall I’m happy with this product.

For someone that is always stressed out on the traps and neck area this neck warmer is amazing!They key things I like about the warmer is that it hits all the points in your body that you want to warmed up.The best time amount to warm this up in the microwave is about the same time you’d put to heat up popcorn. 2:50-3:00 mins.Laid flat in the microwave.The cold pad is nice when you have it flat in the freezer so it evenly freezes nicely.

It is so comfortable and soft! I love the way it is designed to meld to your neck and shoulders. I find it most effective when laying down or leaning back against a pillow or cushions on a couch, that way it presses against your neck if that is where your pain is located. My biggest complaint is how long it takes to warm up and how quickly it seems to lose heat. I used a rice-filled neckwrap previously and it seemed to heat up in half the time and stay warmer longer. However, I burned a hole in that one after a few months!! This one has held up for a few weeks with continuous use! The scent is stronger at first but fades with use. It wouldn’t deter me from purchasing. Good luck, fellow neck and shoulder pain sufferers!!

I’m in my 70’s, and I have been buying microwaveable heating products for about 40 years. This is without a doubt the best I have found. First, it really helps relieve tension and helps relax muscles. It is reasonably priced compared to ones that are outrageously expensive. The one I have now I’ve had for 4 years. It does not have that burn smell that many get. Follow the directions. I love it.
