They may be organic and from India but after a few purchases they changed. When new order they came in a box and the capsules were full and worked great, but after 5 re- orders, they were shipped in a bag and the capsules were not full and they did not work as well. Up to 8 capsules a day and no action. Ordered different brand - came in box, the container of completely full capsules is tinted brown glass and worked with no problem.

I suffer from IBS-constipation. Which basically means that naturally I will have a bowel movement once or twice a month. I had been using senna tea to help but substitutes with these pills. They work excellent with 0 side effects, no cramping at all!

Helps you go normally with no tummy ache. My 3rd bottle. I keep it around just in case.Tip: Take 2 at 6pm, should go by 6am. Take at 10pm, go at 10am.....you get it.
